GLOSSARY TERM

Push Traffic

Push networks sell notification impressions to subscribed devices: low CPCs, huge scale, and creative constraints of a lock-screen line.

Quality management

Push skews toward incentive-adjacent and low-intent audiences; profitable use is a filtering exercise — whitelist building from seed campaigns, aggressive bot filtration (the inventory attracts it), and funnel designs that pre-qualify before the operator’s page. Program-side view: push-sourced traffic deserves early quality review (reg-to-dep and early churn tell fast), and blanket bans are common in premium programs. Where allowed, it’s declared or it’s a violation.
