This policy explains what data NowG processes, why, and the rights you have. NowG acts as a data processor for operator player data and a controller for its own account data.

2. Data we process

Account details, usage telemetry and, under contract, the operator player events required to deliver retention and compliance modelling. Player data is isolated per tenant and never sold.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

Contract performance, legitimate interests and, where required, consent.

4. Retention & security

Encrypted in transit and at rest, retained only as long as contractually required, protected under SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.
