2. Use of the platform

You may use NowG only for lawful, licensed iGaming operations and in line with the responsible-gaming obligations of your jurisdictions.

3. Subscriptions & fees

Fees, tiers and any GGR-share arrangements are set out in your order form.

4. Intellectual property

NowG retains all rights in the platform, models and documentation. You retain all rights in your own data.

5. Liability

Predictive outputs are decision-support, not guarantees.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law stated in your agreement.
