Admin Fee

Admin fees shave the commission base: NGR is calculated after deducting bonuses, payment costs, taxes — and then an admin fee of typically 15–35% covering the operator’s platform and processing overhead.

The transparency test

A 45% revshare with a 35% admin fee pays less than a 35% revshare with none. Admin fees aren’t inherently abusive — real costs exist — but undisclosed or escalating fees are the classic mechanism for quietly cutting affiliate pay without renegotiating deals. Affiliates: compute effective revshare (rate × (1 − fee)) for every comparison. Operators: itemize the fee once in your terms and never move it silently.
