Build it before you need it

Regulatory reviews are archaeology — questions arrive months after events. Programs that version promo materials, archive placement crawls, log enforcement actions and retain communications reconstruct any date on demand; programs that don’t, negotiate settlements. The same records double as commercial protection in affiliate disputes. Storage is cheap; reconstruction testimony is not.
