GLOSSARY TERM
NGR (Net Gaming Revenue)
Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) is Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) minus bonuses, payment-processing fees and gaming taxes. It is the figure that reflects the money an operator actually keeps — the number NowG is built to defend.
Because bonuses are subtracted directly, over-bonusing at-risk players is one of the fastest ways to erode NGR margin. NowG’s Bonus ROI Elasticity engine calculates the minimum incentive that changes behaviour, so retention spend stops cannibalising the margin it is meant to preserve.
