What actually works
SERP mining (whoever ranks for “best casino [GEO]” is the target list), competitor-program footprint analysis, conference pipelines, and sub-affiliate referrals. Personalized outreach citing the partner’s actual pages converts an order of magnitude better than template blasts — the top affiliates’ inboxes are a war zone of identical pitches. Recruitment quality shows up six months later in cohort production, which is the KPI to hold it to.
