Affiliate Onboarding

Onboarding converts applicants into producing partners: application review, traffic and identity vetting, terms acceptance, portal provisioning, and the assisted first campaign.

Speed with screening

Approval latency is a conversion killer — affiliates apply to several programs at once, and the first to activate them captures the initial traffic allocation. But rubber-stamping invites fraud rings. The workable pattern: instant provisional approval with capped exposure (payment holds, volume limits) while vetting completes, then full status. Measure time-to-first-conversion per cohort; it predicts twelve-month partner value better than application volume does.
