Win-Back Campaign
Win-backs target partners who stopped sending traffic: renegotiated rates, reactivation kickers, new-market offers, or simply resolving the grievance that caused the exit.
Sequence it honestly
Diagnosis first — win-back offers to affiliates who left over unpaid disputes insult rather than persuade; fix and acknowledge the issue, then talk terms. Prioritize by recoverable value: partners whose assets still rank but link to competitors are live opportunities; partners whose sites died are not. A reactivation kicker time-boxed to 90 days tests real intent cheaply, and re-churn within the window tells you the relationship was priced, not repaired.
