Why the label matters operationally
Books segment ruthlessly: recreational profiles get bonuses and raised limits; sharp profiles get factored. Affiliate traffic gets the same lens — audiences from tipster communities and odds tools skew sharp (thin NGR), mainstream sports media skews recreational (rich NGR). Programs price partners accordingly, and affiliates positioning inventory should know which audience they’re actually selling.
