How books respond
Soft (recreational) books limit sharps quickly and use their action as free price discovery; sharp-friendly books (exchange-adjacent, low-margin, high-limit) monetize them on volume. The split defines market structure and content angles alike: “which books don’t limit winners” is a durable editorial franchise with a genuinely underserved audience — and affiliate economics that skew toward turnover-based deals, since sharp NGR is thin by definition.
