The affiliate-list question
Affiliate mailers need their own lawful consent for gambling marketing — scraped, bought or repurposed lists into regulated markets are enforcement fodder, and operators inherit exposure via liability rules (hence traffic-declaration scrutiny of “email” sources). Deliverability is the practical craft: gambling content trips filters, making warm-up, domain hygiene and engagement pruning table stakes. Suppression-sync duties (self-excluded, opted-out) bind affiliate senders too; the sync failure is the fine.
