Kosten der Casino-Spiele-API: Angebotsformular für Betreiber für Integration, Umsatzbeteiligung und Qualitätssicherung

Casino games API cost depends on more than setup: compare revenue-share definitions, usage fees, studio pass-through, integration QA, certification and exit rights with this operator quote worksheet.
Blue Casino-Spielaggregations-API verbindet Spielbildschirme, Wallet-Daten und Vertragspreise.

Schnelle Antwort

Casino games API cost is not one integration fee. An operator needs a 12-month view of the supplier charge, minimum commitments, studio pass-through, engineering and QA, certification, support, and the cost of leaving. Request the same volume, GGR definition, markets and provider list from every bidder; otherwise two quotes cannot be compared.

A single API can make the game catalogue look simple while leaving the commercial model difficult to compare. One proposal might be a share of game revenue; another might meter spins; a third might add a monthly minimum or a platform fee. The lowest setup fee is not necessarily the least expensive route once volume, support and market expansion are included.

This is a procurement worksheet for casino operators, not a market price list. It is separate from our casino API integration guide, which covers the broader architecture. Here the question is what to put in a quote request, how to normalize bids and what to test before accepting a commercial commitment.

Legen Sie zunächst fest, welche API Sie erwerben möchten.

“Casino API” can mean a direct integration to one game studio, a game aggregator that normalizes many studios, or a broader platform interface that also controls accounts, wallets and reporting. Ask the seller to identify the exact product and the contracting party for each game. A game-feed quote should not silently be compared with a full platform quote.

RouteWhat the operator receivesKostenfragen
Direktes StudioOne supplier’s game content and technical interfaceSeparate integrations and contracts, market certification, in-house maintenance
AggregatorA normalized interface and catalogue across multiple studiosAggregator margin, studio pass-through, provider activation, minimums and export rights
Schlüsselfertige PlattformCasino system plus game distribution and associated operating servicesPlatform fee or revenue share, ownership of wallet/data, bundled services and exit obligations

The seller should specify whether the quoted percentage applies to GGR, NGR, stakes, spins or another base. Ask for the precise definition, permitted deductions, negative-carryover treatment, currency conversion and audit rights in the contract—not just the headline rate.

Das 12-Monats-Kostenmodell

Compare bids with one worksheet that separates cash payments from internal work. Use the same projected monthly volumes and the same currency across all providers. If a cost is unknown, write “not quoted” rather than turning it into zero.

Berechnung: year-one cash cost = setup + 12 months of fixed fees + variable or revenue-share charges + activation/certification fees + paid support + exit or migration costs incurred in that year. Add internal engineering, QA and finance reconciliation effort in a second column so the board can see both cash and full operating cost.

Für eine einfache illustration only, if your planning case has monthly game GGR of 100,000 units, a quoted 10% share would be 10,000 units before minimums, exclusions and other fees. This is arithmetic, not a typical iGaming rate or a vendor offer. Replace every input with your own forecast and signed quote.

Ein öffentliches Angebot ist ein Datenpunkt, nicht der Marktpreis.

Some providers publish a usable reference. As checked on 17 September 2026, Aggregator.gg’s operator pricing page presents prepaid per-spin packages and says its public operator offer has no setup charge or monthly minimum. That is one supplier’s current published offer, with its own provider coverage and terms; it is not proof of a typical casino API price. Preserve a dated copy of any public offer and obtain a written quote for your licensed markets, brands and projected volume.

A per-spin model is easier to forecast when spin counts are stable, but revenue share may move differently as average stake and game mix change. A monthly minimum can reverse an apparently low percentage during a slow launch. Request a sample invoice for a low-volume month, an expected month and a peak month. The quote should explain failed or voided rounds, free spins, currency conversion and whether multiple brands pool volume.

Stellen Sie diese Fragen, bevor Sie eine Angebotsanfrage senden.

  • Which legal entity contracts with the operator, and which studios are included today for each licensed market? Attach the current provider list, not a total catalogue count.
  • Does the quoted rate include upstream studio fees? If not, show every pass-through and the party that invoices it.
  • What event is billable, how is it counted and when may it be corrected? Ask for a sample metering export and invoice.
  • What is the monthly minimum, payment term, deposit or reserve requirement, and what happens if the operator pauses a market?
  • Who pays for sandbox access, certification, additional currencies, new brands, new game providers and regulatory changes?
  • What are the uptime support hours, incident severity definitions, escalation path and service credits?
  • On termination, how are open rounds settled, how long can the operator export transaction history, and what transition help is contractually included?

A quote without written answers to these questions is not yet comparable. It may still be commercially attractive; the point is to make the uncertainty visible before the integration begins.

Technische Abnahmetests, die den Preis verändern

Technical risk has a financial consequence: an apparently inexpensive feed becomes costly when accounting cannot reconcile game rounds or support must manually repair player balances. Public Aggregator.gg round-flow documentation shows a representative session, bet and win path; its wallet callback guide describes normalized events and transaction identifiers. St8’s operator documentation likewise shows that wallet mode is an integration decision. These examples establish what to ask; they do not mean all APIs implement identical callbacks.

AnnahmefallNachweise über die ÜbergabeWho signs off
Duplicate bet or win callbackOne ledger effect; repeat response is safe and traceableEngineering + finance
Callback arrives late or out of orderRound can be reconciled without inventing a balanceEngineering + risk
Interrupted session or open roundOperator can identify and settle/refund it by contractOperations + finance
Provider outage and retryIncident log, retry policy and player message are consistentOperations + support
Free spin or bonus-funded roundCommercial metering and wallet entry match written termsProduct + finance
New jurisdiction or currencyPermitted games, denominations, tax/reporting fields and certification are confirmedCompliance + finance

Use real sandbox logs and a small controlled live test where permitted. Ask the supplier to show how a round ID, transaction ID and provider code flow into the invoice or settlement report. A glossy demo of the game lobby does not test any of those controls.

Direktstudio versus Aggregator: Die Gewinnschwellenfrage

Direct studio integration can avoid an intermediary fee, but it adds separate contracting, adapters, certification work and maintenance. Aggregation reduces interface count and can speed catalogue expansion, but it may add a margin and another dependency. Neither route is universally cheaper. Model the break-even point with your own engineering cost, expected provider count, game mix and contract terms.

An operator with a narrow game catalogue and an established engineering team may rationally choose direct deals. A multi-market launch that needs many studios may value the normalized interface and one operational escalation path more highly. Ask whether the aggregator’s catalogue actually includes the providers licensed for your target markets before assigning a value to “thousands of games.”

Endgültige Kaufentscheidung: Vergleich dreier Szenarien

  • Basisfall: expected 12-month game GGR, spin count, provider mix and market schedule.
  • Nachteil: slower volume ramp; show minimum fees, prepaid package expiry and fixed support charges.
  • Oberseite: higher volume or a new market; show tier changes, certification expense and support capacity.

Give commercial, engineering, compliance and finance owners the same worksheet. Record the quote date and link, unresolved cells, assumptions and a named decision owner. A lower modeled cost should lose if the wallet or settlement tests fail, or if a licence does not cover the promised catalogue. The result is a procurement decision you can defend later, rather than a headline percentage you cannot audit.

FAQ

Is there a standard casino API setup fee? No defensible universal amount. Suppliers use different commercial structures, and setup may be waived or recovered through recurring charges. Compare total cost for the same scope and forecast.

Should an operator choose a no-setup-fee offer? It may suit a launch, but check minimums, variable pricing, studio pass-through, support and exit costs. “No setup fee” answers only one line of the worksheet.

What should be in the first vendor email? Your licensed jurisdictions, brands, currencies, expected game volume, provider shortlist, wallet model, required launch date and request for a sample contract, rate schedule, metering export and integration documentation. Do not send unnecessary player data.

How often should cost assumptions be refreshed? At each new market, major provider addition, pricing-tier change and contract renewal. The dated vendor examples here should be reconfirmed before procurement.
