The definitional discipline

Every comparison, deal pitch and benchmark claim needs the ratio specified — a “5% conversion” media kit means click-to-FTD only if it says so. Platform reporting should name ratios explicitly rather than shipping a generic “CR” column; the support tickets saved pay for the label.
