How to Get Rid Of Karmic Negativity?

All that you have not accepted as they are (without trying to oppose it, to keep, ignore, suppress or change) is stored in the form of karma, good or bad, depending on experience emotions. 1. We need to take a leaf and a pen.

2. On top of the sheet of paper to write the problem or situation, which is currently most concerned about. Very clearly and specifically state the problem or situation (for example: “I need money urgently, and with the salary delay!” Or “I have 99, and I’m not married yet !!!”)

3. Below write: “What is the problem seems to me right now?”

4. Then write the answers. Each answer on a new line.

Answers must not be copied from the previous note to clarify the “right now”. But they can be repeated. You see the difference? Answers №1 and №2 may be the same, but that’s no reason to just blindly copy them. Every time you ask yourself the question: “What is the problem seems to me right now,” and give the answer that is right now, and not when the last time. Then again, you ask yourself this question again, and write the answer again.

The question “What is the problem seems to me right now?” (General study) can be detailed:

“What do I think about this problem right now?” (Study of ideas)

“What do I feel about this problem right now?” (Study of emotions)

“How do I feel about this issue right now?” (Study of emotions and attitudes)

These questions can be rotated, instead of asking the same (main) if it will be easier. Then write them all in a column under the stated problem.

The phrase “right now” can be replaced with the word “now“.

There are important, rather than the wording.

And record the answers.

You write as the answer came. For example, the question came the answer: “They’re all bastards, goats, assholes, so I’ll do it !!!”

During the exercise can be “turned on” unpleasant images and emotions, sometimes not strong discomfort or pain. Which quickly pass away, if we continue this exercise with the same problem!

A common occurrence during exercise – yawning. This is normal! It may also appear sleepy or woozy. Too frequent phenomenon. Especially if you are affected it is very important, difficult and serious problem.

Exercise also gives a rapid change in attitude to the problem.

During the execution may appear strange thoughts and unusual sensations. At some point, exercise will seem very silly. Just keep.

The exercise is performed prior to the disappearance of attention to the problem (in other words, this situation is not longer perceived as an important, serious, etc.)

At this point, the exercise to finish. After that, the situation itself in the physical world may simply disappear or be resolved even without your participation!

IMPORTANT POINT: When you work with a problem, and the work does not go smoothly, you feel sleepy or woozy large, strong unpleasant emotions (or all together), after each recorded response direct attention to the room. It is very important! Never lose touch with the moment, “here and now” !!! After each recorded response circle glance the room, noting the things that are in it (if you “cut down” – touch the subjects hands !!!), be aware of their existence; and when relieved – find another answer and write it; then switch back to the attention of the room; and so on. Try to constantly maintain good contact with the room, with no matter how simple the problem you may work, otherwise the effectiveness of the exercise will decrease, and you prefer to masochism.

During the exercise should be expected a wide variety of emotions. So it should be – let them come out. You erase karma, and this, of course, will not always be pleasant. You may need to go through the whole range of negative emotions, such as apathy, grief, sympathy, horror, fear, anxiety, resentment, hatred, anger, hostility, anger, anger, antagonism. They can occur rapidly or superficially, but are optional. Then you just get bored, and you will feel bored in this exercise and the situation. If you continue a little longer, will pass within the range of positive emotions, extroversion happen, and it should be complete. Do not end up to this point – you do not want to go with the troubled karma!

Let the emotions and thoughts go free. No you can not see, and will not read what you write. All you need to do – simply run out of bad karma; accept everything that comes out as it is and continue to extroversion. Extroversion means bad karma for this situation is exhausted. Choose something that you find it difficult to accept this, as it is now in your life. If you do not like something, you have something you want to see another, something brings you discomfort, anxiety, causes negative emotions – work through it!

Bad habits, if they are strong enough, should be considered comprehensively. For example, if you are a smoker and want to quit, but the thrust is too big, break the theme of “smoke” on the part of:

1. Cigarettes (as such).
2. Smoking (in general, as such).
3. The fact that you smoke.
4. Feelings of smoking.
5. The impact of smoking on your body.
6. The effect of smoking on your life.
7. Each person smokes, influencing / affecting your life.
8. Your decision to smoke.
9. Quitting smoking.
10. There may be other things that are known only to you.

It should be understood that this exercise simply erases the bad karma, and not necessarily discourage the craving for smoking. Moreover, if you smoke in your life, there are other factors that encourage you to do this – to work them. After this exercise, it will be easier to review the problem of smoking and make a new informed choice.
