We all here love freebies and PSD downloads, and here is one more recent file I made, it’s available as both photoshop tutorial, if you are interested to take a look and actually learn it, not just copy my ready to use file and put your name on it, AND as a psd file, ready to use, just put your name on it.

Christmas is so inspiring and I am planning to come up with a few more tutorials and downloads, only less than a month is left, have to rush before we miss the event. It’s my favorite holiday after all. Oh, almost forgot, you wanted to PSD, right?

Download Here.

I had seen this artwork a few times on various places and I think it’s truly splendid so I thought I would explain how it was done, though the original artwork was made (I believe) by uberg33k.com.

Basically, we just take the black and white image with dew or drops of water and create a new layer in Photoshop. With a small brush, carefully, we go over the droplets and paint them in some other colour. Then we go to Layer Styles and choose gradient — Rainbow. Click OK.

Now it’s all about overlay and fill opacity of the second layer. Since all the images are different in their darkness and contrast, i suggest to just try all the settings and see what looks best. If it’s too bright — reduce opacity. This is basically how images of this nature are done, hope this helps.

This is a tutorial I made in January, but somehow I never posted it here so it’s about time I do it. Sorry for a terrible sound quality, not only I was up late after a lot of New Year’s champaign, but also the 3$ microphone, surprisingly, doesn’t produce the superb quality it promised on the package.

For more tutorials I made, please visit my Photoshop Tutorials Forum, quite a few members contributed their video tutorials to our website so I really hope you will learn something new from it.

I have been doodling a lot lately, making logos, templates and other nice Photoshop stuff, and decided that for a change I will share some in this blog as well, not only on Lorelei Forum, which is getting all the download links. One I decided to share here today was made back in February, however, it doesn’t mean it’s less good now. Enjoy and please do not offer my downloads on other sites.

Techniques used:

  1. Liquidifing / enlarging the lips and teeth
  2. Removing yellow skin
  3. Slight hair curl
  4. Smoothing the skin
  5. Enhancing lipstick and eye color
  6. Making the cheeks more bonny and the nose smaller

Took me about 30 minutes in total, and if you wish to achieve same smoothing skin effect, please use this video tutorial for Hollywood effect.

This is the second video tutorial from my LoreleiWeb.com factory of tuts.

Photo used of my precious self: {link} please do not use it anywhere without my permission, I really hate seen my face floating around the net.
Anyway, just watch the video and don’t criticize the hell of it, I know it’s nothing groundbreaking…

This is a tutorial I have written a bout 2 months ago, I thought it looks a little gothic thanks to the chain waved structure, but I got a massive feedback criticising the original name so let’s “just” say it’s a sort of textures gold text.

Please do not repost the tutorial and if you do, give credits to the original author, which is - to me. Thanks and enjoy!
