Okay, most of us use free WordPress themes, and not only have to bear the 3 sponsored links at the footer, but also have the same “face” on the Internet like many other bloggers. Some of us, like myself at NowG.net here, use a self-pimped theme that is maybe more unique in a way but still requires me to keep a link to the original author. Basically, the ONLY advantage of a free WordPress these is that it’s FREE. And even though I am making my own WP themes and distribute them freely, I am well aware of the fact that good themes are never free. If you want a good design, it would cost you somewhere between $50 (if you purchase on Template Monster, for instance) or custom designs are all around $200- $500. Pricey, but admit, there are some blogs out there that we all know because of their design, and that can’t be achieved with a free theme, right..?
