My personal blog is three posts short of the 20 in 90 days rule (I'm that prolific!) and my other blogs are too new. I think Pay Per Post is a great scheme. What you can earn depends on your blogs ranking too though so many of the new entrants won't qualify for the opportunities. I hope to be one of those competitors soon!
