Pixelmator is finally out and now all the Mac users and lovers can visit Pixelmator.com and download /purchase this software online. Okay, now the question is, how good is this Pixelmator and will it be able to replace Photoshop? Since I don’t run Mac and don’t have the ability to compare and even run it on my system, but even though the website looks very impressive and they obviously paid well to the guy who made the site layout, still and all it looks like a more polished, colourful variation of GIMP to me.
It’s a great looking interface but definitely not a “whoohoo” when it comes to features, at least judging by what’s mention on the site, nothing ground-breaking there. *sigh*.
