PayPerPost reaches 60k Bloggers

I read yesterday that PayPerPost.com crossed the 60k Blogger mark. Great, ain’t it? Well, not if you are a blogger in an open marketplace, where campaigns are not assigned to you, and you have to grab them yourself. First come. Given the fact that there are about 20k advertisers who do not all release opportunities daily, and given the fact that there are now 60,000 hungry bloggers who are allowed, with the resent rules modification, to take up to 3 opportunities per blog, and they do — given these facts, the PPP’s marketplace turns to a damn competitive arena. Alexa is a great factor in payments, so you will see all the bloggers having their widgets on the blogs (this blog is not exception, of course). And, you will see all the PPP’s bloggers with “You comment, I follow” badge (again, we are in), not because of we are so kind to give away links but because of it’s a perfect link bait. Having 60,000 competitors when it comes to 1k$ Thursday is… arrrg!
