Oh no, Photoshop does not have it?

While not all Photoshop users employ even half of the provided plug-ins and artistic effects this piece of software offers, most “simple” designers use Photoshop for picking colours and resizing images. Speaking of resizing images, please watch this video, you will be amazed… that it’s not Photoshop!
