And again news from Google Adsense, this time they will offer advertisers to try out audio ads.
The service has been in testing since late last year. Advertisers can purchase ad spots on radio stations, paying on a CPM basis. Google will also use professional voice actors to produce your audio ad (most radio stations will also do this for free).
Not yet widely spread, but I believe it will have one disadvantage - if you have visual ads, there is no way you can miss them, while audio ads, if your speakers are off - are useless. I mean they will pay for hits, but might not actually get “heard”. Just my 2 cents, I still believe there is nothing like the good text links.

wow!!!!!!! audio adds i didnt even know that existed!! and how r u suppose to get payed , people will click link to hear audios??? sounds way too crazy!!!!!! i would never click to hear anything , i browse the web with my radio on !! audio off!!
Okay, I’m one who hates websites that play music when you first land. So if I land on a page and it starts playing ads, I’m out of there!
And I sure as heck will not click a play bar, so I’m wondering just how seriously they’re kicking this around.
Don
I”ll pass on the audo ads. I agree with Don, I hate websites that play music. I hate websites that automatically fire videos. One that launches into an audio ad will be losing a visitor
