Disable XP’s Auto-Restart After Update

Every time my Windows XP has finished automatically downloading updates, it begins to prompt me every 5 minutes to restart my computer. If I don’t click the Later button, it automatically restarts my computer for me.
Now, I leave my computer quite often for more than 5 minutes, and I think it’s just horrible to come back and find all your work gone, and your computer back on your login screen..
