Use of colours in design

When I designed my first website, it was designed in shades of gray. Not even black and white high contrast site, just a grey website, this is how boring I am. Use of colours does not come naturally to me, in fact, it’s a big effort to add colour, but… I figured that the best website on teh internet do have a merry and colourful design, just take a look at:

I come to realize that the more colours, the better. In fact, when it comes to web design, I think colours just CAN’T spoil it.
