dot info special

Ok many of you probably know about the godaddy 99 cent dot info special. Well it has been going on for quite a while, so it probably will end soon. So while you have you chance you should register domains with keywords in it. I would recomend 3 letter or 4 letter, but they are all taken in the dot info tld. Some may think this long special could hurt the dot info in the long run. I agree. If they keep this going to long people will look at dot info and think that it is a weak tld. Keep in mind that it will be normal price for renewal, so dont just write off dot info as weak. I think this continued support of dot info from godaddy and other registrars is proving that the dot info is becoming the best alternative to the dot com. They have over 3 million registered and abou 1.8 million are working live sites. This is very good since dot info has only been around since early 01. The dot info is doing way better than the dot biz and dot pro, both which were made around the same time as dot info.
